STRESZCZENIE
W artykule omówiono epidemiologię, objawy kliniczne, kryteria diagnostyczne wg Międzynarodowej Klasyfikacji Bólów Głowy wydanie 3 beta (ang. The International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd edition beta version – ICHD-3), przyczyny, diagnostykę różnicową, leczenie oraz dokonano przeglądu najnowszego piśmiennictwa dotyczącego neuralgii nerwów czaszkowych, które występują u dzieci. Przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę neuralgii, a także różnice i podobieństwa w ich obrazie klinicznym u dzieci i dorosłych. Niektóre neuralgie jak: nerwoból nerwu trójdzielnego, nerwoból nerwu językowo-gardłowego, nerwoból nerwu pośredniego, nerwoból nerwu potylicznego, zespół Tolosa- -Hunta i zespół Raedera omówiono szczegółowo.

Słowa kluczowe: nerwoból nerwu trójdzielnego, nerwoból nerwu językowo-gardłowego, nerwoból nerwu pośredniego, nerwoból nerwu potylicznego, zespół Tolosa-Hunta, zespół Raedera

ABSTRACT
The following article discusses the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria of the The International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd edition beta version - ICHD-3, causes, differential diagnosis, treatment and a review of recent literature on cranial neuralgia occurring in children. The general characteristic of neuralgias are presented as well as differences and similarities in the clinical picture in children and adults. Neuralgia such as trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, nervus intermedius neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, Tolosa- Hunt syndrome and Raeder’s syndrome are discussed in detail.

Key words: trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, nervus intermedius neuralgia, nummular headache, occipital neuralgia, Raedera syndrome, Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome
